Horniman Museum

The Horniman Museum can be compared to the Natural History Museum for the East End of London. It is a varied museum filled with wonderful activities and great exhibitions. They range from exploring real museum objects, such as taxidermy specimens of all sort of birds, mammals and fish, to drawing and playing musical instruments. The also have a beautiful butterfly house on site as well as a menagerie, which was very fun to see. What really stood out for me was seeing a "real" merman! I think this museum definitely has some of the oddest and most interesting specimens I have ever seen.
